foremost rude, refuses to listen, refuses to full read through emails before responding in an accusatory manner and overall a terrible property manager. If the rent and location werent so good I would have gotten out earlier but I couldnt be happier im not there anymore. STAY AWAY!

is always very well kept. Parking is never an issue. Air conditioning is relatively low due to upgraded windows in units. In the beginning of this post I mentioned it's a good value - what I meant by that is the basics are covered and covered very well.. It's clean, quiet, well kept and in a great location. However, if you're looking for a luxury apartment complex this is not it. The rooms are nice but nothing compared to condos in downtown (if you're looking for something similar). The rooms are priced very well for the location, I've very much enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it. Only negative note - the landlord can be a pain. She is disorganized, dramatic, and manipulative. The maintenance crew is excellent, they always respond to requests immediately and are extremely kind and helpful. If you don't expect much interaction with the landlord then feel confident moving in. But if this is a deal breaker for you, you may want to reconsider.
