      Everything about this community and location is amazing. I love being able to walk to have dinner and a drink at the Mexican restaurant! I’m far enough away from the city but only 3 or 4 miles away from the freeway to get wherever I need to be in 20-25 min which is great and not to mention the entire staff is amazing!

      My husband and I have been here a little over a year and absolutely love it here. The grounds a maintained and the folks in the office are friendly and eager to meet every need. The maintenance staff are on top of their game and complete anything that needs done quickly. It's a quite yet friendly neighborhood and definitive would recommend.

      Brenda, Connie, and Cory are the best. I have been here for a few months now and have really loved living here. I love my neighbors, and feel safe here. Cory the maintenance guy has come and helped fix a couple things that needed it and he didn’t make me feel bad, and was so friendly. He was also showing my son what he was doing because my son is 3 and wants to know everything lol.       This community is close enough to Columbus area for evenings out, restaurants, etc, yet far enough out from the hustle and bustle of big city living. We love it here. We even have eateries that you can walk to in the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and even if we don’t know (or remember) names we recognize everyone. Connie was super helpful throughout the application process and apartment tour process. Cory the maintenance technician has been awesome. Cory has been a major help . The only things i would change at the complex would be… MORE PARKING and a swimming pool for the kids and families to enjoy. Other then that the complex is the nicest in the area!

    • Great Maintenance!

      We have lived here for a little over a year now and we love it. We really enjoy it, it is homey and convenient. But I do miss my tractor.... The maintenance department is vey fast and address any issues and they get it resolved. They do a great job! Brenda the Manager makes sure things get done and is very attentive to our needs.

      Brenda, the property manager, is very good at putting together resident appreciation days. With free food and drinks for the residents. I especially liked the walk-around tacos. :-)

    • Love the community!

      This community is very quiet and peaceful. We love sitting on our patio and watching the ducks and geese on the pond. The two car attached garages provides the extra space needed and there is ample storage in the apartments. I love living in this community.
