Lovely stay, great management
September 13, 2021We stayed at the VIP suite for 3 months while our house was being renovated. The VIP suite was very spacious (2 bd 1 bath), with a huge living room, and ample kitchen and dining area. Since we can multiple people working from home (kids school on zoom and me working from home) there was enough space to spread out. It's really close to everything, and we enjoyed walking from the condo to restaurants. There is no dedicated street parking, but it was always easy to find parking right in front ...or across the street. The house was beautifully stocked with all the essentials (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, tea, coffee) which made it super easy to move in and set up shop. The management was also extremely responsive to anything that came up, so any minor hiccups got handled right away. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I'm really glad we picked their place. Their flexibility in lease agreements, as well as the fully furnished apartment, made this place the best value for least headache during our home construction.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Loved our stay!
April 29, 2021Our stay in this beautiful apartment has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Peter has included everything you may need for a comfortable stay and he was diligent about making sure that we were content. He is very thoughtful and goes the extra mile for his guests! The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean, quiet, and VERY spacious. It is very close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. My partner and I are grateful to have found such a gem! I wish we could ...think of any feedback to further enhance the experience for future guests, but we had a perfect experience for the entirety of our month at the VIP suite. Perfect Spot
September 8, 2020We moved here looking for a place and couldn’t find anything so we decided to get an Airbnb temporarily and this spot was perfect. Location close to everything we needed. Peter was very accommodating and very friendly. This place had everything you need and more. They thought of everything you could imagine to make sure you feel at home. Perfect place for a long stay
August 31, 2020My family had an extended stay here during construction on our nearby home and we were so lucky to find such a perfect place with such kind hosts! The apartment is huge. The living room is the size of two living rooms and the master bedroom includes a sitting area of its own. All the furnishings are top notch and luxurious. The central A/C works great. So do all the appliances in the well-stocked kitchen. We already knew about the area since we live nearby. It’s very walkable, peaceful, and ...near freeways that’ll get you to various areas of LA or Pasadena quickly. The hosts were very generous, even presenting our 5-year-old with a new stuffed animal upon our arrival. Great stay!
August 23, 2020My husband and I spent three weeks at the “VIP Suite” while visiting family in nearby La Canada. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it!! The location is very convenient, and the suite is well appointed, immaculate, and has thoughtful touches throughout. I like staying at Airbnb’s that are rental-only (vs. where someone lives off and on) and this is exactly that. It has the cleaner-than-a-hotel set up, but with the conveniences of being in a home. The living room is really large ...with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen, which makes for some great movie watching, or roomy space for yoga! The bathroom is newly remodeled, and very nicely done. Almost instant hot water, and good water pressure. We only slept in the master bedroom - but we found the bed and sheets to be very comfortable. Walk in closets in both rooms are nice for storing your stuff. Both my husband and I worked remotely during our stay. I used the desk in the master - which faces a window looking out on the street. My husband worked in the kitchen or the living room. It was a great set up and we could both be on our conference calls at the same time. WiFi is great, and there are hardwired outlets and USB charging in the rooms if needed. The kitchen is well appointed, we found everything we needed, blender, tupperware, cutting boards etc. There are no cooking ingredient basics but Peter graciously stocks the fridge with some items before arrival like coffee, jam, bread, eggs and butter. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in this newly remodeled apartment. Karen was great with communication leading up to our stay, and then Peter, the owner, takes over management during your stay. Everything is so clean and new - you won’t be disappointed! P.S. For some quarantine-friendly exercise we recommend checking out the nearby Descanso gardens (maybe a 5 minute drive).
