because my experience has been great. Despite the previous comments on here, they have only showed my apartment a couple times and they now have it rented for after my lease ends. Derek the maintenance man was so quick to come when my hot water heater quick working. He couldn't fix the part that was broke, but he had a new one installed before I got home from my classes for the day! I would recommend Vista Heights to future students.

The first thing that was said was "Where did you bring them in from?" as if there was no other way they could've been inside the apartment. They also said it was my responsibility to pay the $1000 for the treatment. The office staff are kind until you do something that they don't like (even if it's small or trivial) and will make it something you're paying for and that is your fault. I will not be living here again.

I had never met this man before and he worked for Vista Heights All of these issues were made worse by the fact that I was as student and worked at the time of renting. I did not have time to be fussing with unprofessional staff and fighting with them. They know this and its why they feel comfortable making your experience as miserable as possible. If you are a student, stay away from these place. It is not worth your time and could be a distraction to your studies.
