  • Don’t move here!!!!

    DON'T MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! Before moving in, we requested black appliances and a washer and dryer hookup. After moving in, we had white appliances and no washer and dryer hookup, but after mentioning it, we were told that only select units had it, which I requested one of those. Office staff told us that after moving in, we could pay extra each month for a stackable washer and dryer, which is not worth it and would need lots of loads. Many maintenance requests were made upon moving ...
    in, which weren't addressed until a week or two after moving in. We paid $5 monthly for pest control, which they NEVER sprayed. We have a ring, and the two times someone came, we were at work, so they will not spray if no one is home like people don't work. Whenever we addressed an issue with management, there were always witty remarks and no care about what needed to be addressed. All of the office staff is VERY unprofessional, and we have witnessed smart comments about us WHILE in the office. We also paid rent early but always had to wait for utility bills . The move-out process was even worse. We paid last month's rent and utilities balance. Then, come to find out, a week later, more charges were posted to the account, which included three months' worth of utilities. We were also charged additional costs for "carpet cleaning." when they should have cleaned it for the next resident anyway. DON'T THINK YOU ARE GETTING SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!! They posted it to the account to deduct from the final account charges. THIS IS THE Worst apartment I have ever lived in. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! Also, they gave us a definitive account balance and included this UNPROFESSIONAL letter mentioning a "debt." The debt comment did not make sense as it was just a final balance, and we always paid early every month. Also, many people moved out in large quantities as we lived there. We also moved out a month early to escape this horrible community. I have never had issues with management in any community I have lived but this one which has been quite disappointing and concerning. It makes sense why the rent is so low.

  • You get what you pay for.

    The first year and a half were great and then it all started going downhill when our new neighbors moved into the building. Now people smoke pot in the building and right outside - not to mention random men will sit outside at night and make me feel unsafe to take my dogs out for walks. While the leasing staff is polite and welcoming, they don't seem to care about making a change. Overall, this place has good prices, but the resident turnover is high and so are our sucky neighbors. They're lucky ...

    Im a former resident and we had terrible experience when they found out we weren't staying. They harassed us and kept telling us we needed to Pay more and adding in fees when We paid what we were told. They were Down right rude and I'm glad we have found home in another much more reliable apartment complex with much more pleasant people. Just make sure they don't know where you work or they will drop by honestly I wish I could give them negative ten stars.

    I live in a 2 bedroom with den. The space and layout are great. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen is a little lacking. They advertise a larger fridge and more current appliances, but that is not what you get. The bathtub is awesome! Very deep and built in shelving. Very large windows keep your home lit with sunlight the entire day. Spacious rooms. Could definitely benefit from a balcony but you know that's not an option when you move in. The staff is VERY attentive and polite, and that includes ...

  • Could be better, but for the price you can't complain

    It's not a terrible place to live, we do like it here, but it is really noisy and we do wish it was a little bit bigger, but for the price I guess it's pretty good. We get to use the pool that is relatively clean, but the lifeguards don't really pay attention. the carpet in the apartment is cheap, but the appliances work very well. It would be better if the electric boxes inside were covered because sometimes kids run through and turn your power off. The shower is small and the one washing ...
    machine and dryer per building can get annoying if you don't want to pay for one in your apartment, but the neighborhood is a nice area there is a beautiful park down the road and the maintenance is friendly even when they accidentally walk into your apartment at 8 in the morning because they are redoing to apartment next door so someone can move in, though it makes it hard to hear in the apartment sometimes when that is happening so some notice would have been nice. Even with the annoying things it is still a nice place to live I guess.
