AWESOME PET FRIENDLY COMMUNITY!
November 2, 2016I finally found a place that accepts my pets! It is surprising to see how many places don't take dogs now a days. But West End Trails Accepts for cats and dogs and other small animals which is awesome! And Its great that there isn't any pet rent for my cat because that can get kinda pricey! Plus the $200 pet security deposit is fully refundable which is really rare.. I cant wait for the Dog Park! The buildings are surprisingly very quiet too! SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!!
November 1, 2016Living here has made my life a lot easier! I work 1 mile down the road, byerly's/ lunds is 4 blocks away. We have chipotle, noodles and company,subway, papa john, Mcdonalds, caribou, starbucks papa murphys, wendy's, red lobster, culvers, Smashburger, and so many more thing ridiculously close by! Also, there is a gas station 2 blocks away! My apartment also looks great and its really spacious! Not to mentions that you have awesome neighbors!Reseña de Apartments.com
GAS STOVE!! DISHWASHER!
November 1, 2016I have never been happier with a kitchen! When i moved in 3 months ago, sure the construction was a little loud during the day, but I work from home, so I'm sure anyone who works a normal job didn't get bothered by it. I'm thrown by the negative reviews because maintenance has been nothing but great! Todd has taken care of a couple of my work requests within a day of putting it in. Also, My apartment looks even better than the model so we were definitely not tricked into taking the apartment. ...They showed me mine before I even signed my lease! Layla makes sure to notify us if our work orders are going to take more than 48 hours so I really have no complaints at all except I cant to get the front door of my apartment replaced, but I was told it would happen before December. Quiet Neighborhood Great Neighbors!
October 27, 2016I've lived at West End Trails for 2 months now and we have had nothing but a great experience living here. All of our neighbors are really friendly! The only negative right now is that the parking lot is not done yet but we did receive notice that its getting repaved this Friday and now we are incredibly happy! Amazing Renovations
October 7, 2016When I came to look at the apartments, I fell in love with how nice the remodeling was on the inside. These apartments are beautiful, from the brand new appliances, new flooring, very spacious and the modern look they have. The location is great since you are close to downtown and the uptown areas which are hard to find in a decent price range. They are finishing on remodeling so you still have the drilling noises and everything that comes with it,but it will not bother you due to how nice ...these apartments are. The property manager Layla is an amazing person to talk with, she is receptive and accomadating to everything that you need. She was very open about the remodeling and construction noises that will continue until they are finished with the apartments which is coming up soon. Can't complain
October 6, 2016Yes, if you move in right now you'll have to be a little patient regarding the current renovations, but the rental office is completely up front about the process so there's nothing to complain about there. I'd trade the sound of a couple saws outside for a few weeks for one month's rent free, but that's just me. You're getting in at the beginning of something pretty great if you rent here now. Plus, I'll be your kinda-neighbor, which is an extra bonus. The place is nice. The property manager, ...Layla, is both approachable and competent. The location is perfect - you're literally 15 minutes from just about everything but still out of the way enough to not be totally disturbed by downtown-type noise. The wall color is cool and contemporary, the floors are a nice composite that looks like wood but isn't as scratchable. Appliances are all stainless steel and brand new. For the price and location, I think this apartment complex is perfect - and I have a one year old daughter, so I take location, safety, and accessibility pretty seriously. I'll admit that the laundry rooms are kinda spooky and cement floor-y, but hey - that's ok, spooky is cool.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
amazing kitchen
October 5, 2016the kitchens are really great in these apartments! They have new granite counter tops and the cupboards are a great color., all around they are very spacious even for the small one bedrooms. October 5, 2016I came for a tour last week and I absolutely loved the apartments! Layla was really helpful and knowledgeable and really tried to work with our needs. unfortunately, they were out of the small one bedroom apartments until November and I need something ASAP so i was not able to sign a lease here but i will definitely be coming back to apply in the spring!
