it is on its suffocating to the point where you have to open the window that doesn't shut 3. GUN SHOTS IN THE PARKING LOT... multiple times 4. The Parking lot is covered in trash and rotting food so it attracts all kinds of stray animals 5. There is never anywhere to park 6. The fire alarm is so old that the fire department didn't even know how to turn it off 7. The walls are so paper thin I can hear my neighbor screaming at his wife at all hours of the night (other people often call the cops on him) 8. The lobby is always disgustingly filthy. They say they send people to clean it but never do 9. People love to drop food in the elevator and leave it there to rot 10. The and fridge is so old and rusty that I feel I need a tetanus shot after using it. 11. Packages get stolen almost daily 12. The door knob to the bathroom falls off every time you try to use so you get locked in 12. There's only 3 extremely small washers/dryers for 48 people to use which often leaves you not being able to do laundry 13. The paint it literally peeling off the doors because the building is so old 14. The walls are some strange texture that's rock hard like cement so you can't drill into them to hang anything but they are paper thin to the point where you can hear your neighbors entire conversation all day 15. You can put in multiple work orders for the same issue and no one will ever come to fix it but they will lie and say they did 16. There's holes in the wall from the door knobs being smaller into the wall so many times 17. The people who live here are overall a mix between college kids and really sketchy middle aged men. 18. When it snows your car gets stuck in the parking lot if you are even able to find a place to park 19. There's garbage literally everywhere in the parking lot, the hallways, the lobby. It's disgusting 20. People will often write passive aggressive notes towards other people in the building and hang them up in common areas
