Rude and Mean Landlord - Apartment 7G
August 3, 2024I almost rented an apartment that is on the 7th floor 7G. The landlady who was renting out the apartment is by far the rudest and most judgmental person I have ever met. The tour went well, I liked the place and I applied within 4 days and she sent me the lease wanting me to sign it the very same day ,due to someone else being interested in applying, which I was going to do but ended up deciding on wanting to wait for a bit to be able to review the lease comfortably. I told the landlady that she ...is more than welcome to let someone else apply and let them sign the lease if they choose to sign it before me but if the place remained vacant in a week that I would be happy to sign the lease. This set her off, she went on to call me nervous and histrionic because of the way I speak and act, that she dodged a bullet and that she and her daughter felt bad vibes from me from the beginning. Mind you I pride myself in being respectful and spoke to her with nothing but kindness. I toured the apartment on Tuesday and this is all because I did not sign the lease the same day like she wanted me to, which was 4 days after touring the place. I am writing this review for anyone out there that might be interested in renting out apartment 7G. In her words, I was the one that ended up being the lucky one for not signing the lease, please be careful.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

My Apartment
August 5, 2015My apartment has black tiles everywhere. its a studio but its nice i like living here. it has a window that i love looking out and a kitchen i make omelettes in. I prefer to sit near the window while i eat because it generally relaxes me. If i had built the place i would have installed a pool in the basement though. Luckily the other day i went swimming.Review from Apartments.com
