things like exposed screws and nails, dents in the wall, and lots of damaged paint in the unit; however, they've stopped responding after we moved in. It's like they dropped all support once they got us on the hook. I've never experienced this level of communication from previous building management. Parking is also very difficult so don't get tricked into an agreement before trying to park your car inside. Garage doors are tiny and the trash bins are in the way of turning into the spots. Overall, I'm very disappointed and feel a bit tricked into thinking that the management cares and is supportive of its residents. There's even a sign in the lobby which states that building management has been unwilling to help with intruders and package thieves. Stay away unless you're okay with being ghosted from management and living with shoddy attention to maintenance.
