July 24, 2020The stove element burst and nearly caused a fire and damaged my property. They never fixed it despite multiple requests over my entire lease. Same with my washer/drier. Many other things broken and damaged in the apartment which before moving in wrote on the lease as well as things they would fix/replace but never did and came out of my pocket. Never received a penny from my security deposit despite being shown and told I would receive a good chunk of it back. Outside of that they play word ...games like my USB of the images of prior damages before moving into the apartment I placed in their mail box and texted them which they responded to but said on the last day "We never said we received it, only responded to the text saying you sent it." Apparently I should've used checks too because they used that on some of my payments that I made on time but used money orders because I was naive and trusting. Summary: Never fixed damages, Never returned a penny of my security deposit, losing my documents/USB/payments, and deceptive/manipulative.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
