January 1, 2020At first I thought the area would be suitable for a tight budget and close proximity to Laughlin. When I initially moved in the rent was at a fair price given the motel like room apartment. However the landlord is very very greedy, the rent went up every month with a lot of hidden fees. The appliances in the unit were very cheap and constantly breaking down. I complained to the landlord who did absolutely nothing about it. Worst of all was the roof rats which thrived on the overflowing dumpster. ...The rats infested the unit, and the odors from the dumpster could be smelled inside. Lots of drugs and drug deals being made right outside my door. If you have a decent car it will be vandalized. No accountability from the owner. Constant police presence and they don’t seem to do much at all. Homeless and junkies walking up and down the street at all hours. Do NOT MOVE HERE!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible landlord
January 1, 2020Do not move here. Beware! The rent rates are never consistent, maintenance is a complete joke. Loud horrible neighbors. Constant police presence. Drug infested and if that’s not bad rats are in the roof and units. Trash everywhere and the dumpster is always overflowing. Stay far away from this place!!! BEWAREReview from Apartments.com
