Great Location But Very Dirty
August 28, 2015I moved into this apartment because it is extremely campus, and right in the middle of the hill, which is ideal. However, when I moved in, the place hadn't been cleaned, not even the toilets! The house looks like it hasn't been updated in years. There is dust, and permanent dirt on the kitchen floors. All of the paint on the windows are peeling off. For how much I am paying for this apartment, I would expect the landlord to keep the property in better condition.Review from Apartments.com
