September 25, 2015This older structure in the beautiful Old North End looks antique and quaint on the outside. However, the apartments are being renovated as they are vacated - updating appliances, bathrooms, etc. Great wood floors, good windows, and friendly neighbors make it a great place to live. Trails, downtown Colorado Springs, and Colorado College all nearby! What more could you need?Review from Apartments.com
