Studio love in City by the Bay
August 14, 2015I may never ever leave here. Longish studio is bright with skylights. While still 70s-style, it's clean, quiet and in a killer location for the city. (Okay, it's a soft-story that could crumble when the "big one" hits, but we won't dwell on that:) Bonus: garage space! (worth the rent alone!) Landlord rocks; fixes stuff and doesn't harass tenants. Am 1-block from Golden Gate Park, 2 miles from the ocean and surrounded by restaurants, services and transportation. Super cool neighborhood with ...friendly neighbors. Been here over 25 years.
