Nightmare!
December 6, 2022“FourStar Reality” the company that bought this apartment building is the worst. They only care about the $. They never come out to fix any maintenance or apartment issues that you reimport through the “portal.” we can never get a hold of anyone ever and their offsite“office” Where you can drop your rent payment is ABANDONED. Front glass door is always smashed. And No one bothers to come out and clean up the glass for WEEKS, causing you to welcome this shattered glass into your home, and ...becareful if you have kids, hallways are always filled with smoke and trash everywhere, people are always fighting and screaming and smashing things outside, mailboxes are always broken into and packages are always stolen as there is not a secured front door. HOMELESS always sneak in and go around knocking on your door and sleep in the ONLY laundry room. 1 washer and dryer to share for the whole apartment building and if you get lucky enough to beat someone to it or it will be broken down for weekssss. At this point I rather live in a motel off Colfax. Paying for that price in this place is ridiculous.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
