October 12, 2021Roof over your head and a floor to walk on. If anything breaks. The landlord isn’t going to fix it. Hasn’t fixed the screens on the windows. Holes in the walls or ceiling. Does his own plumbing so he doesn’t have to hire someone. Has workers leave pieces and equipment behind. Tells you one time something will be done a certain time and then the time changes unexpectedly. Some of the guests prop the locked door open allowing strangers in.Review from Apartments.com
