Old building, nice location, uncomfortable
July 28, 2024
The location is nice, close to Alamo Square Park and Japantown. However, the temperature control is poor. There is gas heating but no A/C and poor ventilation since it's an older building. This means that on sunny/warm days, it can get up to 80 and 90 degrees inside each unit. Like if it's 65 outside but sunny, you can expect it to be 20 degrees warmer inside your apartment. It's untenable.
