Super clean house for rent in South Asheville. New carpet, refinished floors, new roof, new gutters, new paint, new wiring, new HVAC heat pump, new water heater, new water and sewage line from the road to the house, etc. The upstairs is 850 square feet with two bedrooms, one bath, dining area, kitchen, living room with lots of windows. There's also about 700 sq ft in the basement that I may let the renter use under the right conditions. There is currently a refrigerator and oven. There is a place upstairs when you enter the house to the right for the washer and dryer. Within a quarter of a mile there is a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping. The house is on an acre of land with wildlife, wild berries, and hiking trails in proximity. Only a few miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Lake Julian, various Parks, and Biltmore Estate. It's easy to jump down to Hendersonville or up to downtown Asheville within minutes. References required. Proof of income as well. First and last month rent, plus deposit (same as rent) required upfront. I prefer no pets but may consider and that would require an additional nonrefundable deposit. Utilities are not covered.
