July 30, 2015My dad has lived in this apartment ever since he married my mom, for 19 years now. They are divorced now but I've lived here since I was born (I am now 18) and the place is just run down and gross. There's cracks in the foundation, we walk on the same carpet that was here when my dad and mom moved in, and the only update I've seen get done is a paint job in my room. Money is tight in the house considering my dad only makes about 2-3 grand a month. But for this nasty apartment, rent is $525 a ...month! With all of the other bills sometimes it is a real struggle to have this paid and have money left over for nesecities. I would greatly appreciate if you guys could help my dad out.
