Great location, mediocre apartment, but HORRIBLE landlords
September 26, 2015The locations is fabulous-- right by a publix, the metrorail, and Brickell. Mediocre apartment for price. The apartment is ugly, especially the bathroom, but it's an ok size for one person. Terrible parking situation. HORRIBLE landlords. They said they would clean and paint before I moved in -- they did neither. They say they are responsive and will fix things-- they will only do so begrudgingly after much being asked repeatedly. They even cut the line bringing cable to the building because they ...thought it was cosmetically unappealing. If I had realized how awful these people were and that they lived in the building, I would have never leased here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
