No. Save yourself the trouble

You get what you pay for. Sure the rent is cheap, but it shows... Roach infestation; They dont fix anything on time or communicate with any of their tenants if they have to turn off the water to fix something, you are left guessing half the time. Very nosy... landlord will look into your windows if you are on the bottom floor. Thin walls, can hear your neighbors clearly. Paint peels off the wall easily and bathtub peels up after 2 baths.
