February 3, 2023Please do not move to this property the landlord is Van is the worst landlord ever he will portray as a nice landlord to get you to move in than you will never see him again he will not fix anything in your apartment the buildings are infested it's roaches outside the buildings its dog poop everywhere he don't have nobody to clean his buildings he don't have real maintenance men he hire people off the street to try to do maintenance work. I have been contacting him for over an year about the ...plumbing problem in my apartment when its rains my ceiling leaks water when the people above me take showers my ceiling is leaking water my ceiling is so damage that the paint is hanging and soon will fall in also my next door neighbor apartment flooded because of the washing machine he still haven't fixed that my other neighbor stove haven't worked for over an year she couldn't even cook her thanksgiving dinner PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE THIS WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE AND YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH THIS FOR THE WHOLE TIME YOUR HERE.
