Tenant will need to pay to the La Perla office: • $100 Application Fee per couple with marriage certificate or $100 for each adult and $25 per adult for each ID Cards. • $10 One-time fee for car registration (If you have a car). • Pets are not allowed for rentals less than 6 moth. For rentals 6 month and over maximum 2 pets are allowed. There are no security cameras, recording devices, noise decibel monitors, and smart home devices inside of the apartment.
