Street parking is readily and easily available and is secure as HPD patrols the area regularly since their main dispatch office is 2 minutes’ drive from the house. And maid service that occurs twice every month pending major holidays that can be included. Mail can be included and I can provide a physical key if needed to access the mailbox Onsite storage of items outside of the bedroom can be discussed before moving in. Pet dogs and cats allowed to stay. Just ask they be house trained and non-aggressive towards people or other animals. No smoking on the property allowed.
