Situated in the lower level of our 3 story home, this space offers a private entrance with keyless access. A secure locked door at the top of a tall staircase & heavy curtains at the base of the stairs creates a distinct separation & total privacy from the upper levels. Your stay includes: - All utilities included - electric, gas, water, wifi, guest access to streaming apps, snow removal in common areas, trash, etc, - Fully-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials you might need during your extended stay. - Primary bedroom, featuring a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a dedicated workspace, ample storage plus a washer and dryer. - Second bedroom accommodates up to three guests with a Twin bed and a Twin bunk bed, both equipped with memory foam mattresses. - Blackout shades & curtains for a restful night's sleep. - SmartTV with guest access to popular streaming platforms. - Super fast WiFi (703 Mbps) - Fully fenced-in, private outdoor space dedicated just for you. - Washer & dryer in unit. - Full temperature control throughout your space with a personal thermostat. - Bedding, bath towels & starter bath products provided. - Whole house water filtration. - Dedicated children's space, Pack 'N Play, clamp-on high chair & dining set. - Complimentary monthly cleanings for those staying beyond the 30 days. **4 month minimum stay during winter months** Plus, we're delighted to welcome your furry companions with our dog-friendly policy (limit 2 with a $100 monthly pet fee). 20 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Canyons, Sundance, & Woodward Park City. 15 minutes to Soldier Hollow, Homestead Crater, Bridal Veil Falls, Provo River, Deer Creek & Jordanelle Lake State Parks. 30 minutes to Strawberry Reservoir. 4 minutes to Heber Valley Hospital & Heber's Main Street. 45 minutes to Salt Lake City. Guests are renting a private apartment on the lower level of our personal home, no interior or exterior spaces (other than the driveway) are shared with your hosts. We are available if needed as we live on property, however we always give our guests space and privacy. - Please note: while we have taken many steps to add extra soundproofing to the basement, our family occupies the upstairs. - Our driveway is a shared space with us. - Must climb stairs. - 30 day minimum stay. - Having your own form of transportation is strongly encouraged, however there is a free bus system to take you to and from Park City/SLC - daily, peak-hour commute: two morning round trips and three afternoon/evening round trips. There is also Ride Micro an On-demand transit service in Heber Valley and surrounding area, Daily 5am 10pm (does not go to Park City but will drop/pick-up at the local bus stops at the Hospital and Walmart). Rent amount dependent on length of lease term. - 4 month minimum stay during winter months. (higher rate) - One month's rent amount due at signing as a security deposit. - All utilities, furnishings, towels, bedding, fully-stocked kitchen included. - NO smoking, NO parties. - Parking available for one car in shared driveway as well as street parking. - Tenant shovels their space. - Pet friendly - Up to 2 dogs with pet deposit and monthly fee. Tenant must clean up after their pets. NO cats.
