Good location & space, but...
August 11, 2015For space and location, my apartment is great. The apartment is pretty large by NYC standards. It has an eat-in kitchen with plenty of counter space, a full bathroom and lots of closets. It's a 5-minute walk to the 3/4 train and so many buses, including one that will get you to the A/C train. Plus there's a large park across the street. My only cons are that the building and grounds aren't kept too clean (a little bit of landscaping never hurt), my apartment overlooks messy back and side ...courtyards , VERY close to the surrounding apartment buildings and private houses, has no views and barely any sunlight (my poor plants!), thin walls and floors (sound travels too easily), and a gang of cats that seem to linger around the building and neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
