  Second floor 2BR apartment with incredible natural light * On Main Street in North Bennington across the street from the Eddington House Inn * Comes with new refrigerator and stove (not reflected in the picture in the ad), smallish kitchen * There are two good sized bedrooms and a living room/kitchenette * One of the bedrooms has a walk in closet that is the virtually size of the bedroom - no joke * Private first floor entryway has space for storage or bikes, etc. * Beautiful wide plank floors and charming old world stairway to second floor * Bathroom is a good size with clawfoot tub converted to shower, a vanity and a toilet * Each room gets great natural light * New windows, house has been well insulated * Includes weekly lawncare, plowing, weekly garbage removal/recycling, off street parking for two vehicles * Tenant pays for hot water (new electric tank) * Tenant pays for heat (new propane heater - uses about 250 gallons of propane for heating season, but don't hold me to it) * Water conservation devices on sinks and shower help reduce hot water usage and thus your electric bill * Installed compact fluorescent light bulbs reduce electric usage * No washer/ dryer hookups * I take first month's rent, last month's rent and one month's rent as a security deposit. If you are working with an outside organization to provide move in funds, please let me know if you have contacted them to check if they will provide move in funds BEFORE you move in.
