Worst Management I have ever encountered
February 20, 2021Living here was a nightmare, especially in the pandemic. The first thing I noticed was that there was no live-in super or way to formally submit maintenace requests. It was so hard to get a hold of management the year I lived here, and the receptionist always told us “no one ever called with issues, or this is the first time we’re hearing this” when we knew for a fact that at least 3 of our neighbors had called issues in. There were at one point, 3 floors’ smoke battery chirps going off for weeks ...at a time. They rarely cleaned the foyer, stairwell, and door, and this was truly despicable in covid times, thinking of all the grime in the building. We also had a ton of roaches and the first two floors have mice. Avoid at all costs. It was a shame we were expected to live like this, especially because the building itself had good pre-war architecture, our apartment was cozy, and our neighbors were very kind.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
