Old bulding, same old problems.
July 21, 2015The location of the place is excellent, only few miles from downtown and nearby buses that get you to your destination. The management staff is nice and will take care of your needs when you ask them to. The building itself is old and so the plumbing is less than desired. Pipes often clog and overflow during rainy days, which are a plenty in Portland. It has its ups and downs. The walls are thin so I can even hear the vibrating phone of my upstairs neighbors. While lacking in frills, location makes up for it!
July 21, 2015This building is close to everything. Bus stops, MET, and popular destinations in Northeast, Southeast and Downtown Portland. It is a 5 minute walk from Lloyd Center Mall. The amenities are so-so and it is lacking in storage space, but there is laundry on site, full kitchens and everything is well maintained.Review from Apartments.com
