    • DONT RENT HERE NO MATTER WHAT

      The manager hates their job to the point that it's practically impossible to get anything fixed or any help from them. They refuse to let people know when water pipes burst, hot water is down if someone has COVID, and so on. But if you leave boxes out by your front door you'll be notified within 12 hours to remove them. The property owner will scam you out of any money they possibly can. The other tents are inconsiderate of each other and nothing is done. So if you don't want to have the place ...
      smelling of weed, a guy playing saxophone till 10 pm every day, random dogs jumping up on you, hearing other people's TV blasting till 3 am this is not the place for you. The apartment themselves are unsafe and have failed inspection 3 times with the owner taking down the notice as soon as they can to hide it from the tenants. Even the renovated apartments are falling apart. There is a cockroach problem on the downstairs floor no matter how clean you keep the place. In the 4 years of being there have been 4 break-ins with 0 help from the management. There is a problem with theft between the apartments as well. The only good thing about this place is it's close to the school.
