March 30, 2021This place is nasty. Trash everywhere, unleashed dogs and loud tenants. The property has been reported to the city numerous times for code violations. No one ever cleans up the mess. The building is falling apart. This place should be condemned.Review from Apartments.com
Nightmare
February 27, 2020Leaks, mold, broken locks, etc. Don't move in unless you want maintenance issues brushed off, to be lied to, screwed over on untilities, gain health issues, & hear banging/screaming from neighborhood children all day.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away
December 21, 2016Avoid this place! Your neighbors will very openly sell drugs from their front door at all hours of the night. The beer cans left by their late night parties don't add to the ambiance of the place at all. Furthermore, there's mold everywhere and nothing gets fixed. Property management would steal rent checks on multiple occasions and not pay the communal utilities like trash which was disgusting.
