Nice Apartment, Iffy Area
September 1, 2015As my first apartment, I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I had to leave. Hard wood floors, granite counter tops and more then enough space for my roommate and I. The bathrooms, while not amazing, were way above expectations for the rent and the central air is a huge plus in the summer. Neighbors were never a problem, people mostly keep to themselves. Great starter apartment. The only issue is the area. This area, Jersey city heights can be pretty dirty, while there are ...nice views of Hoboken & NYC is fails to compensate for the middle of the night garbage truck pick ups, revving motorcycles and loud cars (music/engines) from 12am and through the night (ear plugs help). Overall, I would suggest this apartment to anyone who is just moving out from their parents house or just out of college looking for a close commute to work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
