There is no one routinely managing this property so unless one contacts the landlord directly, nothing gets done. There is no good access to the backyard which is monopolized by the neighbors. Laundry is coin-op machines but the payment mechanism on both broke a while back so it's free. Parking can be difficult in this neighborhood and the only transit options nearby are buses. Since it's next to the Parkway, it can get very crowded when there are events, which can be a drawback. But there is a good variety of restaurants nearby and things like museums and the park are a short walk away. Tl;dr: if location is more important to you than minor inconveniences and luxury features, this may be a good building for you.
