February 24, 2021My experience with this apartment building has not been good. The first thing that I noticed was that my apartment was not cleaned prior to my move-in date. There were stains on the walls, doors, baseboards, and carpets. When I brought it to their attention, they said that the apartment had been professionally cleaned and painted before I moved in, which it had NOT. It looked like they painted only half of the apartment (living room and kitchen). Also, there were bugs all over my apartment when I ...initially moved in. I brought this to their attention as well and were not helpful at all. Eventually I had to call an exterminator myself to get rid of the bug problem. The toilet in my bathroom is connected to some type of water system that is insanely loud EVERY single time you flush the toilet and sometimes it gets clogged so the noise persists. They didn't fix that when I brought it to their attention. There is no parking, not even for residents. I never see anyone cleaning the building, which is especially concerning because of the COVID-19 pandemic that is going on. They don't answer the phone. They wait for you to leave a voicemail and then they email you so they don't have to talk over the phone. The area outside is gross and never clean. They get upset that residents don't put their trash in the dumpsters in the alley, but the alley is infested with rats and totally filthy. The apartment itself LOOKS very nice, but once you move in you will find many issues. I wish I would have looked elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place to Live
September 25, 2020Great location, good value when I compared to other nearby properties. The property managers are very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Units are clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in this area!Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Value- Would recommend
September 24, 2020I have lived here since the property opened in early 2018 and have renewed my lease. I have had no issues at all with the property, and it is nicer and $200-$300 less than nearby properties. The tenant portal is easy to use and the management team is very responsive. Location is great and I will likely renew again.Review from Apartments.com
STAY AWAY
September 23, 2020I couldn’t agree more that this place is a JOKE. They advertise luxurious apartments & there’s nothing luxurious about them. If constant water leaking in ceilings, walls and floors, overrun trash outside of the building, & harassment by community members is luxurious to you, then live here. If not, then RUN!! The landlord and property manager both lie, constantly! You’ll find yourself emailing, texting, calling and still have no resolve with repairs needed, for months! They’ll hit you with ...several “I’m out of the office” email autoreply’s to avoid you. The common theme was no one, including his tenants and contractors could get in touch with Patrick the landlord. They will patch work everything! Things that require work by licensed contractors will go unresolved for months. Everything is a temporary fix. The same leak they claimed they “repaired” you’ll find is far from fixed. I can’t even say they do the bare minimum because they don’t. If multiple tenants complain about water leaking, the problem is the building and management. Not tenants. Oh & lets not forget about the mold! Stay away from this place. They falsely advertise “satisfaction guaranteed” and numerous tenants are not satisfied. If your health and safety are your number one priority, avoid this place at all costs.Property Manager Responded
September 24, 2020We would love to hear from you directly if you get a chance. Our number is (443) 718-0803. None of what you described applies to any tenants we've had in the 2.5 years the building has been operating after reviewing tenant requests. If you are a current tenant, please contact us directly or through the portal.

Worst apartment experience ever
January 3, 2019Without a doubt the WORST place to live. Property managers are absolutely the rudest most ignorant people I have ever met. Was lied to from day 1. Lived there for a year and we never had cable or internet and was told there was both. Half the year my ceiling leaked water and it was never resolved. Mice and bugs EVERYWHERE. I heard another tenant tell me there were bed bugs. I honestly wouldn't live here for free. Don't listen to a word the property managers tell you, they do nothing but lie. Live ...elsewhere please.Property Manager Responded
January 3, 2019The property has been open for 9 months. We have a high-end online property management platform that tenants use and seem to enjoy. There are currently no outstanding tenant requests from anyone in the building, and all of the tenants coming up on their 1 year renewal have indicated they intend to stay. If there is an outstanding issue a tenant has, we would implore them to open a tenant request and we will have a maintenance crew out immediately. Also, the building has a 10 GB fiber connection to the building and all tenants get free hardwired internet in their units. Most tenants have indicated that they prefer streaming content, but can choose to get cable TV through a third party if they choose.
