  • Warning: very loud inside and out

    August 12, 2019
This is a very loud building. People blast music regularly from apartments very loudly and there are groups of young men who sit on the steps on the front of the building and blast music until 2-3am almost every night when the weather permits and are very loud The management seems to do nothing to discourage this noise though it is not happening on the street or even the sidewalk but on their property. If the management doesn't care about what happens on the steps of their apartment I would ...
imagine that they don't care much about tenants. I have lived across from 220 for 6 years and the sound issues are only getting worse.

  • Small Studio in good old Brooklyn

    July 20, 2015
I moved to my apartment in June, and I have been loving my first couple of months here. I'm in an area bordering Flatbush and Dyker Heights, and my nearest subways are Q and B, both express train in Manhattan. Just a block away to see real homes with front porch and backyards, needless to say mostly family neighbors - makes me think I'm in the suburbs everyday I come back from work!

details
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
