January 17, 2022The apartment itself is nice. The office team is so friendly. My neighbors are cool. I just think when it comes to maintenance it could be better. Im not sure if the place was just built in a hurry or what but it seems like it was just thrown together as things break very easily. It also takes a long time for things to get fixed. I lost my engagement ring in the trash shoot an Zac the manager was so helpful we dug through the trash compactor and it was just the most kindest thing in the world due to situation a having to do with trash, not many would volunteer for that so it was greatly appreciated. June 15, 2021The property is overpriced for what it offers. There is zero insulation/noise detinning between apartments horizontally and vertically. You can hear every single foot step above you or tv/music in apartments next to you. For a luxury apartment, this is by far the poorest construction I have seen. June 15, 2021I enjoy the location and the amenities of this apartment. I walk to most of the stores and restaurants in the area. The roof top deck is beautiful and the gym is clean and has the right amount of equipment to get a quick workout in before work.Property Manager Responded
