The sink is not attached to the wall, the toilet is broken and shower head is leaky. There is an unusable attic space. There are no curtains or rods on kitchen, office, and living room windows. Landlord issues: If repairs cost $100 or less, you have to pay for it. Was told pest control was optional, but later found out it wasn't. I would not have moved in if I had known this. They gave no contact information for the company or a timeframe. They told me I had to be at the house to refuse service, but later told me they only treated houses where residents were there. I had to leave work that day, only to find out later it was unnecessary. Found out there was lawn care after my dog's outside leash was destroyed, they never told me about it or when they were coming. People came to view the house while I was at home, and I was given no notice.
