  Property Description Our newly constructed tiny home/studio apartment is located in the heart of Corona, on the border of Riverside, Norco and Eastvale. While the home is a studio apartment (just shy of 350 square feet), it has a bedroom with an attached kitchenette/living room/desk space-with a separate on suite bath/vanity/closet and an 'all in one' washer and dryer combo. Its open and airy layout can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly. The studio is furnished with a warm and cozy bedroom adorned with an inviting brown speckled cow hide rug, two bed frame storage drawers, one queen-size hybrid gel-memory foam bed, and two tall nightstands with matching moooody chic tableside lamps. We know that the best nights/days rest is needed after cramming for a test or working those dreadful graveyard shifts- so we've equipped the Hayloft with blackout curtains and a sound machine. There is also a TV so you can enjoy streaming to your heart's content. Separated by a rolling wooden barn door, is your on-suite bath. Step into the luxury walk in shower with stacked white tile, black pebble floor, and a door enclosure. Enjoy a spa-like experience with a massage from the high powered water pressure or wind down for the night with that bedtime routine and relax under gentle rainfall (the choice is yours!) Get dolled up and dress to impress your barnyard friends with all the amenities of a full bathroom. From dimmable lights, a plethora of storage options for all your products, and a semi-walk in closet with lots of drawer space, closet rods and shelves. We know you'll look stunning, but don't forget to check yourself on the way out; that full body mirror is calling. The KITCHENETTE is small, but mighty with all new appliances (medium refrigerator with freezer, full size microwave, electric countertop hot plate with dual burners, and a toaster/air fryer/oven/broiler/dehydrator combo. There's a coffee/tea bar with all you need to perk up each morning. Inside, you'll find we have all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you're going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The kitchenette is fully stocked so you can enjoy a variety of things; like baking cookies, air frying vegetables (we mean taquitos), crafting or blending a fancy cocktail, or throwing something in the crockpot so dinner is ready when you return home after a long day of fun in the California sun! The mini DINING ROOM is equipped with two counter height barstools (if you want to get fancy) or two tv trays (if you just want to lounge). Eat solo or invite your cowboy/cowgirl for a meal and dive into a deep conversation or watch your favorite tv show. The tiny LIVING ROOM is furnished with two pillowy plush Sherpa accent chairs, a leather ottoman and a marble top side table, under a farmhouse ceiling fan. Be entertained by the 43" flat-screen smart tv where you'll be able to Netflix/HULU and chill. Or get the barn party started and enjoy some friendly competition with some classic card games. Looking to work from home? Our house's internet is faster than barn mice hopped up on Mountain Dew. Enjoy the hutch style desk found under the tv; it's fully equipped with all the storage and USB plug-ins & outlets you need. The front side yard is equipped with a four person bistro set so you can enjoy cooler evenings watching bunnies scurry, squirrels chase or be mesmerized by the spectacular sunsets! Get your tennis on at the park down the street, or take a peaceful walk through the community and enjoy the serenity of a quiet/tranquil park up the street (access through communal breezeway). In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! Though the Hayloft is small, we take care of all the important things like: A blow dryer, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body gel, soap, laundry detergent and more. A medium size all in one washer and dryer combo is available for guests to cleanse their clothes of barnyard dust, but not to worry, Hosts will handle linen laundry service (including towels and sheets). If you need extra assistance we also offer the following for an additional cost: meal prepping, dog walking and grocery shopping. Guest access: Once you have entered using the keypad on the Hayloft Door, the whole studio will be available for guest use. Other things to note: If you and your partner are interested in a mid-term stay with us (30+ days), please message us for monthly rates. Our Hayloft has a Maximum Occupancy of 2 Guests. Travel Nurse Friendly / Traveling Working Professionals / Travel Veterinarians / College Students ***Please understand the Hayloft studio is a dwelling attached to the Hosts family residence. There are shared walls; however, the space has been double drywalled for sound proofing for added noise reduction. Please know that the hosts are raising two children (13 and 10) who can act like a bunch of donkey's. We definitely try not to disturb, but in the event we do, please use the provided sound machine or fall asleep watching your favorite show. ***Even though the Hosts live on sight (double doors adjacent the Hayloft window) we WILL always respect your privacy. We're only a door knock away, and we love getting to know our guests and enjoy providing the utmost hospitality experiences. So...if you are feeling lonely, feel free to join us for family dinner, warm baked cookies, wine, game nights, pickleball, walking/hiking, or backyard pool days. ***Streaming Services are available with Guest Accounts. Easily connect to your Netflix, Prime video, HULU or streaming app of your choice. ***We are a dog friendly home! The space is small; therefore, we only allow small to medium size pups on the premises. Your fur baby must be potee-trained, well behaved and preferably crate trained. Please share the breed and weight of your dog upon booking. ***A non-refundable pet deposit is needed to book.*** There is a small patch of grass in the front yard for quick releases (please be respectful and pick up after your fur baby) and there is also a nearby dog park to get all those zoomies out before bed. We Hosts have two French Bulldogs on site who love making new friends. The brand new Hayloft Studio Apartment is located at the top of a cul-de-sac, in a quite secluded neighborhood, surrounded by hills, conveniently near the 91 & 15 FWY.
