Awful experience living here!
April 30, 2022I would absolutely not recommend living here. Management and upkeep are 100% not worth the trouble. There are great views all over - Twin Peaks, Pacific Heights and list goes on. The building is falling apartment and truly unlivable. Do not be fooled by the "great location" reviews - there are better apartments in "great" locations. The heater in my apartment never worked it pumped out warm air at the highest setting, with cold air and I was FREEZING during my last month there. I had to wear ...multiple layers and socks to bed to keep warm! The walls are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors above me toilet flush, every time they went, my other neighbour on my floor had a dog that would wake me up every day and bark continuously throughout periods of the day.Bathrooms need to be completely renovated - (not just repaired occasionally ) -not worth the high rent. Mold accumulates on ceilings and paint bubbles constantly. Toilet flush sounds like a freight train. Vanity is the cheapest you can get.Drains are disgusting and need to be replaced.I was a stellar tenant for 5 years - They would not budge on very expensive rent -and keep raising over years. They reply was "we can easily get more than market value for your apartment". Well, then you can do just that.You lost a good tenant.
