30 Locust Hill
November 30, 2018This is building is a rat, mice, and roach infested building. The management doesn't fix anything. I believe they are paying the city of Yonkers to not close the building. The super doesn't work still waiting for work. The elevator was down for 2 weeks people had to walk up the stairs with children in a wheelchair, elderly parents.Review from Apartments.com

October 6, 2015My apartment building is okay the supa could be better and they do check the apartments thoroughly the rent is okay but if you have a program that helps it's better ( the landlords like programs that pay the tenants rent oppose to people who pay cash )Review from Apartments.com
