September 18, 2015This is the perfect building you are right on the corner from the subway which can take you to the east side or west side of Manhattan , a few minutes to downtown Brooklyn. The building is maintained well i have never had a problem with mice or roaches which is a plus for living in NY.Review from Apartments.com
