    "I've never had the experience of living in an apartment complex with a gated entrance, and I must say, it's a significant advantage! The added security and sense of privacy are truly comforting. Additionally, this is by far the quietest apartment complex I have ever resided in, which has made my living experience here even more enjoyable. I would confidently rate it five stars! The staff in the office are incredibly attentive and always willing to assist when I need help, which is a refreshing ...
    change from my past experiences in other apartment communities where the office personnel were often unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. Since moving here in September, I have felt right at home, and I would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking to settle in the vibrant city of Las Vegas!"

    Heating issues and took a long time to get fixed during the winter. Also the interior of the home is not good. It can be a lot better if stuff gets work on more better

    Have alot of issues with heating and cooling. House take too long to get warm making my electric bill high. Overall everything else i can't complain. Flexible with paying rent. Workers are nice

    Safe environment and friendly staff. Respectful neighbors, unfortunately not everyone pick up after their dogs. Nor do the persuade their dogs to avoid urinating on the sidewalks. This has been an on going problem.

    My neighbors are friendly, I love that it’s pet friendly, nice secluded area and everyone in the office is kind and understanding. When we have any problems in our unit the maintenance team has responded quickly and always found a fast solution
