Building not maintained
April 27, 2024Apartment has rodent issues -- particularly cockroaches. Hallways and basement area are dirty and the trash often overflowing. Water leaks aren't uncommon. The lobby can smell due to the restaurant next door. Water fee recently raised from $50 to $60 per month. Good luck getting maintenance to respond to any issues in a timely manner!Review from Apartments.com

April 27, 2024Building isn't maintained -- has pest problems (cockroaches), leaky ceilings, and dirty floors especially the basement area. The lobby smells awful due to the chicken restaurant next door. Good luck trying to get maintenance to fix anything in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com
