Terrible customer service
August 21, 2023Worst experience I’ve ever received from an apt community with this office staff being incompetent beyond reasoning. I have had plumbing issues for 6-8 months until they decide they had to break my 2nd bedroom closet floor for over a week.See pictures below. They’ve towed my car when they were not suppose to even after direct contact that they wouldn’t due to their registration process. Everything about this property is old and will not update any of it including their A/C unit. My a/c unit will ...not go below 75-77 with it being constantly on, their excuse is it’s just too hot outside and the unit will not go down to lower 80’s. They try to manipulate people and situations. Try to give tenants excuses thinking individuals aren’t smarter than them. Do yourself a favor do not get in this property lease agreement and go elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

In order to make your repairs, we did have to go under the floor to ensure that your issue was fixed properly, which we made you aware of prior to any work being done. The last thing we want to do is put a band-aid on a maintenance issue. We also gave you the option to transfer to another unit of your choosing. We send out reminders every week in regards to our towing policy; it is the resident's responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is registered; however, the office staff did give you a credit for the inconvenience. Awesome Management and beautiful apartment!
April 24, 2023We love the newly renovated 2 bedroom unit. The staffs are very helpful and professional. Their kindness makes us feel very welcomed. We have nice and friendly neighbors. Management often organize special events to enrich our inclusive culture and loving community. Our favorite was the Easter Egg Hunt. My neighbors and their children had so much fun. January 31, 2020Worst place to live! I’m the most cleanest person I know ! I moved in and basically share apartment with roaches! The first time I called to get help the lady I believe her name is Hannah said she had to see how I’m living first!! VERY RUDE!!! I didn’t think asking for help was a bad thing when all they have to do is spray! Ever since then everything went down hill. Lady is very rude and so unprofessional. She even caught me taking out the trash left it on the porch so I can pull up my truck to ...put the garage in the truck to dump it and she snapped a picture of the trash sent it to the office and that same day coming home I received a fee for leaving trash on my porch! Are you serious . She was out to get me. Luckily the chance I had to move out I did . So much better the new apartment voluntarily once’s a month comes and sprays with no problem. So much more peaceful and friendly staff. If your looking to move DONT SO IT. I highly recommend Maple trail Apartments. She also offers your deposit back if you specifically put a good review with her name. That’s not genuine reviews. Living on one-bedroom upstairs overlooking the tennis court and the pool, my ideal of a home away from home. Lovely place with all the trimmings. This place s not to be missed.
