January 5, 2025Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features. The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. The tall ceilings in the apartments themselves are nice for ...making even smaller square footage units feel much larger. The community spaces are always clean and well maintained, not to mention the convenience of daily trash valet. All my fellow residents that I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly and it genuinely feels like a great community to be a part of, especially with it’s proximity to North Davidson attractions and the light rail stop.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately, we’ve been waiting on a part that’s on backorder, and there have been issues with the magnetic strip, but it should be fully operational soon. It’s great to hear that the staff has been helpful and that you’ve had positive interactions with your neighbors. We hope the team can address these issues and improve access to amenities to match the high standards set in other areas.
