March 12, 2025I have really enjoyed the Manager Sam--he is wonderful! The property events are a lot of fun and I have created a community here because of them. The location is also incredible! Right along the light rail and walking distance from a bunch of bars and restaurants. My difficulties with the property are that the package room is a nightmare and it takes so long sometimes to find my packages. In addition, there are many pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs. My dog can barely find a spot in ...the grass--it has gotten so bad that I have considered moving because of this issue. The amenities are top-notch—especially the saltwater pool, fitness center, and skyline terrace with amazing city views. March 3, 2025I would give more stars, but my apartment has continually smelled like weed every single day all day long for the last 6 months and it has not been taken care of or had any email notifications to remind residents to not be smoking on the premises or in apartments. It’s a shame because I love my apartment but not when it smells the way it does 24/7, and the amount of people dealing with black mold? Very concerning.Property Manager Responded
