Only a short drive away, you'll find lots of mountain trails for both hiking and biking, lakes for boating and fishing, horseback riding, wineries and trails for off-roading. If you are in town for business we are located 15 minutes driving from the Camelback Corridor and 20 minutes drive from Downtown Phoenix. ASU - Tempe is a 10-minute drive away. Outdoor activities are abundant with A 20-mile+ running/biking greenbelt path stretching past the condo property—just on the other side of the Continental Golf Course.
