which I have done hundreds of times. I have never once received a call back. On top of this, the building was without gas for an entire month. The manager failed to communicate what the problem was and what was being done to fix it. Throughout the entire month the manager and his office staff never treated it like a pressing issue, and when I called the office, I was repeatedly told that the problem would be fixed within the next day, even though it ultimately took a month for the problem to be resolved. Other tenants within the building have told me that this is typical behavior for this management company.
