Close to hiking, sailing and other sport facilities. 2.2 miles to PenBay Medical Center. 1.6 miles to Rockland Harbor YMCA. Cathy and George operated the apartment as a highly successful vacation rental from 2006 to 2024, with nearly 700 reviews (4.92/5) on Airbnb alone since 2013, and many many more on VRBO, HomeAway etc. Cathy sadly passed away in April 2024 and George decided to make the change to long term rental from November of that year.
