Needs a lot of work
December 16, 2022This building needs heavy duty maintenance work. Never any hot water in the winter. Garbage outside the building is always out of control. Tenets throw trash from the window along with filthy diapers. There is a major mice/rat problem. The hallways constantly smell like urine, garbage ex…. When maintenance is requested it takes a long time before someone finally come out, maintenance work that gets done is more of a DIY job.black mold issue due to no ventilation in the entire building. There is ...a roach problem along with bed bugs. This building is known as the dirtiest property on the entire street. February 12, 2020Owners change all the time and when you have a serious problem they dont take it seriously I been having issues with a tenant here for almost a year and they tell me they cant do anything that it's out there hand well I neen living in this building for 8 years no issue this is why I give my rating as I do they dont take threats seriouslyReview from Apartments.com
