The living area and balcony offer front row experience when it comes to sunsets, watching boats, dolphins, and manatees. This condo comes with a nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities of home. The large main bedroom has great natural light, a king-size bed, wall to wall closet, a ceiling fan, and an updated private spa shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, wall to wall closet, and a ceiling fan. This room has a separate hallway bathroom with a shower tub. NOTE: Please note the 440 West Condominium suffered extensive damages to the property due to the hurricanes in 09/2024. The facilities are under construction until further notice. The 440 West Condominium Association has made arrangements with our next door neighbor hotel to provide access to their pool facilities during this time.
